The 2026 Members Evening and AGM took place on Friday 26th June at 8pm at East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Avenue, East Horsley, Surrey, KT24 6QT

4. Officer’s Reports for the Club’s year to 31st March 2026

5. Treasurer’s Report and Statement of Accounts for the Club’s year to 31st March 2026

6. Election of Officers and members of the General Committee

7. Ratification of the composition of the Records Committee

8. Ratification of membership categories and entitlements

9. Ratification of subscription rates

10 Proposal and, if any such proposal, ratification of Honorary Members.

11. Any Other Business

Following on from the AGM (which does not usually take long!) there was a talk by Dr Amanda Tuke on Wild Pavements – Exploring Britain’s Cities with an Urban Naturalist.

The date for the 2027 Members’ Event/AGM has not been fixed yet.
