Tice’s Meadow: male and female Black-winged Stilts in Workings from mid-morning (seen mating!); seventh county record. Also Mediterranean Gull and Green Sandpiper (J Brough/K Campbell/L Evans/S Ferguson/R Seargent/L Winchombe et al).
West Clandon: 6 Crossbills flew south (M Phelps).
